Greg is co-founder and Managing Partner of Seyon Management. Prior to starting Seyon Management, Greg served as Executive Vice President and Market Leader for Madison Marquette (formerly PMRG) where he was responsible for all aspects of the region’s strategic management, operation and oversight of several service lines including asset management, property management, development, construction, and leasing. Prior to joining Madison Marquette, Greg worked for CBRE within the Global Corporate Advisory Services Group. Greg is a graduate of Bentley University.

Greg is an active supporter of The Seal Legacy Foundation; dedicated to providing support to families of wounded and fallen United States Navy SEALs (www.seallegacy.org) and The Room to Dream Foundation (Roomtodreamfoundation.org).

Elizabeth Sousa

Elizabeth Sousa serves as Chief Accounting Officer at Seyon Management where she is responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial reporting activities.  Prior to joining SM, Elizabeth served as Real Estate Controller for MIT Investment Management Company (MITIMCo) where she provided leadership, management and strategic direction for accounting and reporting activities related to the direct real estate portfolio.  Prior to joining MITIMCo, Elizabeth was part of Bain Capital Real Estate’s (BCRE) founding team serving as a Finance Manager primarily responsible for ensuring that proper accounting and reporting was maintained for a sub-portfolio of direct real estate investments, compiling periodic financial reports for management and maintaining the integrity of the portfolio accounting systems and general ledger. Elizabeth is a graduate of Bentley University.

Megan is responsible for overseeing all of the property and project management functions at Seyon Management with a focus on providing best in class service for our clients and tenants. Megan has over 20 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, spanning across various asset classes and within all aspects of real estate management services for third party clients and owner operated assets.  Prior to joining Seyon Management, Megan was the Director of Property Management for Foxrock Properties where she oversaw the operational, financial, capital and strategic functions of the department while leading a team of property management staff that managed over 4 million square feet of commercial office, medical and industrial assets in the Northeast and Florida markets.

Brian Beck, PE

Vice President, Project Management

Brian serves as the Vice President of Project Management and is responsible for managing construction projects for the clients of Seyon Management. Brian is experienced managing multidiscipline project teams and is skilled in proposal development, risk management and project financial reporting. Prior to joining Seyon Management, Brian was a Project Manager at AECOM where he was responsible for managing the design and construction administration services for facilities projects. Prior to AECOM, Brian worked as a Structural Design Engineer in the water industry and provided engineering support to construction field crews. Brian is a graduate of Northeastern University and is a licensed professional civil engineer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

HR Director

Kathleen Riley serves as the Human Resources Director at Seyon Management where she is responsible for maintaining a dynamic and efficient work environment ensuring the seamless integration of personnel policies, compliance with labor laws, and the effective management of HR processes. Kathleen is a dedicated and accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the Real Estate industry. Prior to SM, Kathleen served as the head of HR for a boutique real estate company headquartered in Boston’s historic North End where she was recognized for adeptly building and managing a successful HR department which played a substantial role in the Company’s rapid growth. Kathleen graduated from the University of Massachusetts Boston majoring in business and chemistry with a focus on leadership and organization change. Kathleen has a true passion for people operations, company culture, and organizational development.

Brooke Bova

Brooke serves as the Vice President of Property Management and is responsible for overseeing property management functions at Seyon Management in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Brooke has extensive commercial real estate experience working in both Boston and New York City’s urban and suburban markets in a variety of asset classes including commercial office, medical, retail, industrial, development and re-development assets. Prior to joining Seyon, Brooke spent several years at Normandy Real Estate Partners, Rockhill Management and FoxRock Properties, having involvement in several management structures consisting of owner-operator, joint venture and third-party management. She has worked closely with asset management groups on leasing efforts, building repositioning, tenant improvement projects and portfolio management, capital planning, budgeting and execution alongside construction and project management teams. Brooke’s tenant portfolio has consisted of several high-profile tenants like TripAdvisor, Peloton, Boston Celtics, Welch’s, Kayak, Cornell University and Boies Schiller Law. Brooke earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing from Endicott College.

Senior Accounting Specialist

Ian serves as Senior Accounting Specialist for Seyon Management. In his role, Ian focuses on a variety of cash management duties at both the real estate and corporate levels of the organization. Ian is responsible for the timely recording of cash activity at various levels in addition to managing monthly billing procedures on both the real estate and corporate sides of the business. Ian also serves as a liaison between Property Accounting and Property Management, providing critical support for both the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions. Prior to joining Seyon Management, Ian served as Operations Manager for Madison Marquette (formerly PMRG), where he serviced several large institutional clients while overseeing the operations of a portfolio of more than 8M square feet. Prior to joining Madison Marquette, Ian worked for Healthcare Administrative Services. Ian earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Quinnipiac University.

Ben serves as Senior Property Manager and regional market leader for Seyon Management’s Philadelphia and New Jersey region. Prior to joining Seyon Management, Ben managed a variety of assets in the Washington DC and Philadelphia metro areas including Class A & B office buildings, government facilities, and industrial portfolios for several institutional owners and brings over 7 years of value-add property management experience. Ben received his Bachelor of Business Administration from High Point University in 2015.

Dave serves as Senior Property Manager in Seyon Management’s Boston office. In his role, Dave is responsible for a portfolio of over 5 million square feet. Prior to Seyon Management he served as Senior Property Manager for Wilder, overseeing Class A retail shopping centers from Maine to Pennsylvania. Before Wilder, he served as Regional Property Manager for Waterstone, overseeing their entire Northeast Portfolio. Dave earned his Bachelor of Science (BA) in Business Management from Westfield State University.

Jackie serves as a Portfolio Manager in Seyon Management’s Southeast Regional Office. In her role, Jackie is responsible for the oversight and management of a portfolio consisting of 3 million square feet across several different asset classes. Prior to joining SM, Jackie worked within Avison Young’s South Florida office in several capacities, most recently as a Senior Property Manager where she managed a large portfolio on behalf of several institutional investors. Prior to Avison Young, Jackie worked as a Team Coordinator for Cencor Realty Services (The Weitzman Group) in Austin, Texas. Jackie is a graduate of Robert Morris College where she earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration.

Dave serves as Senior Building Engineer for Seyon Management’s Facility Operations Group. Dave is responsible for all facility related activities for a portfolio of properties owned by institutional investors. In addition to his oversight of building activities, Dave is also engaged by several high-tech manufacturing tenants to assist in their plant and facility operations. Before joining Seyon Management, Dave served as Lead Building Engineer for Madison Marquette. Prior to Madison, Dave’s work experience includes facility management roles with Saint Gobain and Vectron International. Prior to that, Dave was self-employed as an electrical contractor. Dave holds his Massachusetts Master Electrician License and carries several OSHA certifications.

Romel serves as Field Engineer for Seyon Management’s southeast division where he is responsible for day to day operation and management of all properties under management. Prior to joining SM, Romel managed several high profile assets in the South Florida market, including the Lynn Financial Center in Boca Raton. Romel is experienced in dealing with complex building system related issues and carries several certifications.

Shelby serves as a Project Manager within Seyon Management’s Project Management department. In her capacity, Shelby is responsible for managing several complex construction projects on behalf of SM clients. Shelby plays an integral role in project execution and reporting with a special attention to keeping projects financially sound and under budget. Prior to joining SM, Shelby was an Assistant Project Manager for Chapman Construction where she provided operational and administrative support on several projects across multiple market sectors including lab & clean room facilities, retail/hospitality, and corporate interiors. Shelby is a graduate of the University of Vermont.

Faith serves as Property Manager in Seyon Management’s Boston office. In her role, Faith is responsible for all property management functions for a portfolio of over 1.3 million square feet. Faith has over 8 years of commercial real estate experience in the Boston market having previously worked at CBRE, Rockhill Management, and FoxRock Properties. Her portfolio has included high-rise buildings, commercial condominiums, industrial, medical, and retail spaces where she worked with several management structures including third-party management, joint venture, and owner operated. She received her bachelor’s degree from Salem State University.

Sarah serves as Tenant Coordinator for Seyon Management and is responsible for assisting property management and operations. Sarah assists with tenant & vendor relations, annual budgeting, reforecasting and reconciliation activities. Prior to joining Seyon Management, Sarah served as Patient Services Coordinator for North Shore Medical Center, where she performed patient service and administrative duties, coordinated diagnostic test referrals, and tracked appointment visits and authorizations, verified insurance information, prepared billing, collected data, and generated reports, and acted as a liaison with other hospital departments. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Salem State University.

Kevin serves as Accounting Manager for Seyon Management and is responsible for reviewing property financial statements, formulating property budgets, liaising with lenders, joint venture partners, internal and external stakeholders, assisting with onboarding and training of accounting department personnel as well as spearheading process improvement initiatives and maintaining accounting systems. Prior to joining Seyon Management, Kevin was employed by Waterstone Properties Group, where he served as Property Accountant for a portfolio of commercial retail properties. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Donovan serves as Assistant Property Manager for Seyon Management and is responsible for the day-to-day management, accounting, and operations on behalf of several institutional clients.

Prior to his role at Seyon Management, Donovan worked as an Assistant Property Manager with Hunneman managing a wide variety of properties throughout the Boston area. Donovan earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Charlton College of Business at The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and earned his Masters in Business Administration from The University of Massachusetts Boston.

Rachel serves as a Senior Property Accountant for Seyon Management. She is responsible for analyzing accounting activity, preparing property and joint venture level financial statements, and compiling lender required reporting. Additionally, Rachel assists with training new accounting personnel, process improvement efforts, and interdepartmental functions including budgeting, reforecasting, and recovery reconciliations. Prior to joining Seyon Management, Rachel worked as a Senior Accountant for Related Beal on a portfolio of commercial properties throughout Boston. Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.

Nick serves as Tenant Coordinator for Seyon Management and is responsible for assisting day-to-day property management and operations on behalf of several institutional clients. Additionally, Nick maintains tenant relations and ensures clear communication between management and tenants.

Prior to Seyon Management, Nick worked as a Financial Analyst for Dalkia Aegis, EDF Group. Nick is a recent graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administrations, concentrating in Entrepreneurship.

Ashley serves as the Office Manager. She is responsible for supporting Seyon Management’s Executive Leadership team as well as assisting in recruiting and overseeing the maintenance of both the Boston and Florida offices. Prior to joining SM, she worked as the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CIO at Sutton Place Investments. Ashley is originally from Vermont where she gained 10 years of experience working in Higher Education. She graduated from Johnson State College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a Dance minor.

Tom also participates in budgeting, reforecasting, recovery reconciliation and lease administration processes. Prior to joining Seyon Management, Tom worked as a Real Estate Accountant at CBRE, Inc. assigned to a portfolio of commercial properties including industrial, office, and retail. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Suffolk University.
